what is coaching?
Coaching is intended for all levels of the organization and focuses on professional development. It concentrates on the client understanding themselves through: assessments (360' feedback, DiSC or Strengthsfinder),
one-on-one sessions with the coach and client mutual trust and respect.
Through a process of self discovery in an environment that supports growth,
the client can identify strengths, blindspots and development areas. These discoveries lead to coaching goals that enhance professional development
and contribution to the organization.
Coaching is all about the relationship between you and your coach. The goal
of the first meeting is to get to know one another. Come prepared with questions and listen to what you think and feel after the first meeting.
Your coach will do the same.
Remember, not all first dates end up in a relationship, that's why it is
important to "date" a few coaches.
